susan started off as a good agent but then it all went down hill from there. she doesn't understand the term that people who have children still need money to make a living and to support their family my husband has to pay her 1,100 and he does not have enough money to support his family i would never work with her again she really sucked as a realtor in our book. working with her was painfully soar. she also sends someone else to do her dirty work and maintence issues don't get down on time or when asked to do them.
