Many of my clients know that I moved to Charlottesville several years ago from the Bay Area. I searched for a place to raise my children in a area that has the values of a small town and the excitement of a big city. In a nutshell, I was searching for the quality of life we all deserve. After extensive research I found Charlottesville. If you are looking to move and are considering Charlottesville, please give me a call. 300-350K. Now that is an average. We have many large estates and farms that are in the million plus

Yes, approximately 50% of my business is working with new construction. Many of my clients purchase land and then we start the build cycle.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
The people I meet often become life-long friends. I love to work with buyers showing them the beauty of Charlottesville Real Estate!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
currently sellers still think their homes are worth more than the market does...

My first FTHB First Time Home Buyer was so excited she "cried" when we got the home!
