He has a very bad history. We found out late. He pimps people, tries to fleece you. Just avoid. Just find out his history. As we were having bad experience with him, we did some research about his background. And please check what and how he did/does?

Srini Anumolu is a Cheat. He cares only for his commission - not for the interests of his client. He talks very nicely to trap you. He is a sales man and cares for his commission.

Dont buy home from this guy He is very busy and cannot spend any time with you and also for our cash back we had a severe problem with him

A J Tuckley is an Architect and a real-estate agent who has extensive knowledge in designing and construction. He is very p****ionate in getting the BEST deal for his clients. He thriving for perfection. He uses this knowledge in helping clients like me who are in the market to build new house. He helps clients to design their houses from the builders typical plans, helps in selecting options, finishes and also does quality control while the house is under construction. He was always there at all the meetings with the builders, making sure that the builders were not taken us for a ride. The houses that he is involved in as an real-estate agent turns out far far more superior in its design and aesthetics then other houses in the neighbourhood. Srini has tremendous experience in VA realestate. If you are buying a home around 500K, Srini may not be the realtor for you. He is so busy and won't spend much to show numurous houses. If you are conservative, find some mid level realtors. Overall, i will give him 5 out of 10.
