This was our first selling experience. I had oppurtunity to choose from different agents. We decided to go with Jim in his first meeting with us. He was well prepared and had lot of research data handy even in our first meeting. We were extremely happy with Jim's knowledge of the local area; his courteous manor; consistent follow throughs and great attention to details. Many times I seeked his great advices (like seeking advice from elders in my own family) during negotiations with the buyer. He gave honest, unbiased opinions, details of regulations and VA state laws pertaining the sale of real-estate.
