- You are always working with a different client and seeing great new unique homes. Whether selling or buying, their is always the challenge of finding the right home for your buyer or the right buyer for your listing.

- The most challenging aspect is paperwork. Real estate generates offers, contracts, and everything else to complete a transaction. It helps to keep everything electronic as well as one folder for every client.

- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My grandfather. He raised three children and my grandmother did not have to work. My mother and her sisters received excellent educations with each one standing out in their chosen field. I am trying to follow in his footsteps.

- Be patient
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I prefer to visit a lot of locations, and stay right where I am at. The US overall is very comfortable, but I think seeing the world makes you appreciate the amenities and entertainment available in the DC Metro area.
