Nikola is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL

Nikola guided us through the process of purchasing a short sale. She was fantastic. We were purchasing an investment property and were unsure about exactly what we wanted. She was patient with showing us anything we wanted to see. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Buying or selling a home is such a vital and important activity for my clients. I'm flattered to be part of their transitions from home to home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Receiving timely communications from the many parties to a real estate transaction...from the overwhelmed banks, handymen, appraisers, etc.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: It seems a bit humorous now, but was not at the time. We were at a closing, where I was representing the seller. The buyer simply never showed.
What is your best characteristic?: I strive to be the best listener I can be.

What is the best advice you ever received?: Expect unexpected things to happen, and embrace the opportunity to have a positive impact when they do.
