Nikola guided us through the process of purchasing a short sale. She was fantastic. We were purchasing an investment property and were unsure about exactly what we wanted. Sadly I was mislead in that an agent working for both the buyer and seller cares at all about you. I was the buyer and Vicki absolutely mislead me about the price range in the area showing me the worst possible places to convince me to buy the place she was representing the seller. I know other real estate agents and they are morally opposed to this which makes me want to warn you against using Vicki ever. Clearly her lack of morals and lack of care for her clients led me into a horrendous deal when she was supposed to be the professional expert. If you want to be confident in getting a good and honest deal, do NOT use Vicki.
