We signed a contract with a Yeon Han in June to sell our home. Turns out she overinflated the price to get our business (although it's her word against ours). She was lax in providing feedback. She did little to no follow up. What's worse she was condescending and arrogant in every conversation we had with her. She did bring us a buyer only after we agreed to reduce the selling price. That has been a nightmare. Rather than being a facilitator, she has presented everything in a manner that is benefiting the buyers. She has also been in our house on two occasions that we know of without letting us know. We confronted her several times about all of our issues and she kept apologizing but she did not change. It got worse to the point where she no longer calls us but emails. I have saved every piece of documentation and called the broker who said that while the Realtor used poor judgment, she did not violate an ethical rules. I want to forewarn others so that they don't end up like we did.

I bought and sold a condo in DC with Brad, then bought and sold a townhouse in Burke, then bought my current property in Warrenton. Through all 5 transactions, Brad was easy and fun to work with, and ensured that everything went smoothly at every stage of the game. I would advise against doing business with Ms. Claudia P. Routh. She defaulted on over $5,000 of condo association homeowner fees for a property she purchased in our neighborhood. Even after obtaining a civil judgment against her, she failed to meet her legal obligations to pay.
