I work in all of northern Virginia, but specialize in Arlington. South Arlington, especially along Columbia Pike is experiencing a developement boom.

I enjoy the challenge of helping people find the right property to meet their unique needs. I also like helping sellers find a buyer for their special home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
There are many challenges in real estate. I think the biggest challenge is coordinating a transaction so everyone in a chain of sale can move smoothly so no one ends up in temporary housing.

I build relationships with my sellers and buyers. So, it is not unusual for me to sell the same house more than once. I can point to one I've sold 4 times.
