Susan has done nothing but go out of her way to be helpful in the sale of our condo. She is very courteous and respects our needs. I would highly recommend her for either a buyer or seller. She has a strong work ethic and is willing to help her clients in any way she can.

Would not recommend Ricky as an agent. He was bad a reutning phone calls, putting up signs, and failed to have my post settlement agreement with the terms I wanted. He was also late to appointments and failed to provide documents in a timely manner. I ended up paying $1,000 more in costs because of his mistakes. In this market, you would be better off with a realtor with more experience and better customer service.

Very enthusiastic in the beginning. Great paperwork, but did a poor job of working on the short-sale we were pursuing. Emails went unanswered and the only updates were he was waiting to hear from the other agent and the bank. Seems to think sending text messages are a replacement for a phone call or email. In the end we wasted months and money. Strongly recommend another agent. Caveat Emptor.

Ginger webre is an incredible realtor. I dealt with her on several occasions because she really cares about her clients. She works with her clients to help them understand the balance if a wish list, a needs list, and what is affordable. She has gained my trust so that I reccomended her to other members of my family. I would definitely ask for her services as they arise for my future needs.

Julie was really great to work with. She was understanding, patient, informative, professional, and pleasant. I felt like she knew answers to all of my quesitons and more. David listed my home and began working to get the property sold. After about 10 days, we had interest but no offers. This continued for a few more days. David intensified the marketing and did extensive advertising for an open house. During the open house, a visitor came in and bought the property.
