Not very good

Very enthusiastic in the beginning. Great paperwork, but did a poor job of working on the short-sale we were pursuing. Emails went unanswered and the only updates were he was waiting to hear from the other agent and the bank. Seems to think sending text messages are a replacement for a phone call or email. In the end we wasted months and money. Strongly recommend another agent. Caveat Emptor.
