Susan sell a previous house with David E Halla and would recommend them to other home sellers.
David listed my home and began working to get the property sold. After about 10 days, we had interest but no offers. This continued for a few more days. David intensified the marketing and did extensive advertising for an open house. During the open house, a visitor came in and bought the property. The buyer made an offer that was just $2,500 under what I was asking and I accepted it. David did an excellent job. Susan
