Breached dual representation contract, breached rental contract by failing to take property off the market when contract stated it would be(signed and initialed by both parties). Refused to show required water and septic testing, lied about said testing. Refused to release escrow funds when contract was up. Unknowingly recorded herself on our answering machine(with staff/Realtors who were under contract at the time), laughing, making fun and referencing to a physical threat on our family "If I had to go over there, I'd break their knees and throw them down the waterfall" They were fired immediately!
