my experiance with the purchase of my home was both enjoyable and very frustrating.enjoyable bcause i am in my own home and frustrating because of the lender that i chose.if it wasn't for paul i would still be living in my old apartment.For some reason I thought that I was their only client, maybe because they treated me as if i were their only client. B oth paul and Tevita were exceptional in the one catergory that really matters that being communication they never left me hanging and for that i am gratful.they both will be highly recommended.

Shane and Cathi are an amazing team! We used them to both sell our home and buy our new one. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and experienced. Their customer service is top-notch. They made us feel like their most important clients and were always available to talk to. I don’t think I could trust another agent as much as I did them! They are honest and very knowledgeable. They are also incredible negotiators and helped us get the most money possible out of our home. We were also able to get a great deal on our home purchase thanks to them! Paul is a super great realtor, who showed me home after home. He has a lot of caring & concern for his many people he works for. We looked at a lot of homes & it took us a long time to find the one I loved most- thanks to Paul's assistant, Natalie, who found the home I loved newly listed. Paul brought me right over to see it and within a day or two the home I loved was under contract for me! Paul worked really, really, hard. Jay gave 500% into helping us buy our house. We were doing a loan where the house had to pass certain requirements. One was to have a surge protector in the kitchen electrical sockets. We found out about it shortly before the loan was to go through. Jay went and installed the sockets himself so we could pass inspection and have our loan go through on time. Really, a great guy to work with.

Shane and Cathi are the best. Positive attitude every time we met with them. 8 years ago we used them for our previous house and eagerly returned to them for our current purchase. Shane is very good at pricing current market value, getting the most for us, yet maintaining realistic prices. Cathi was always miles ahead of us, knowing all the right answers to all our questions before they came about. This time around we had a long, trying ordeal with Bank of America before finally dumping them in favor of another lender. Shane and Cathi stood beside us , working thru every hurdle. Even thru all the hassles these two made it fun to get into our new home.
