Are there any new developments or trends in your area?

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love having a satisfied client. A home is the foundation of a family and when I can help people achieve their dreams or help them have a place to raise a family it makes me extremely happy.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My first deal was with a family that needed to move right away. The dad had been transferred and was already living in another state and the mom was still here with the kids trying to sell the house. I sold it in two days and the deal was cash! She was so happy and so relieved. Cash deals are not that common so it was pretty interesting to have that as my first deal.
What is your best characteristic?
Probably that I am not pushy. So many agents push people into something they dont really want or are not ready for. I understand that you need to be happy with where you live, so if we need to look at 50 houses until you find the right one then we will.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My own family. I LOVE being home with my husband and kids, it's so comforting to have a warm and comfy place to raise my kids. I want that for all of my clients.
What is the best advice you ever received?

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here in Tooele, UT. I love where I live and wouldn't change it. I love going for rides up middle canyon, we are close enough to Salt Lake but not too close and there is kind of a small town atmosphere out here.
