I was very displeased with Blake Priest. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent that has your best interest in mind, I would not use him. This man was all about the money and very cold hearted. I was VERY unhappy with him and would like to let others know that I would not recommend doing business with him at all. So if you want to have a good experience in buying or selling a house DO NOT use Blake Priest!

Promised everything to get contract signed. Once the sign was in the yard, The Crews Team disappeared. When I would call and ask why we didn't have any showings, they would magically get a client to walk through within a day or two. Only had about 6 showings in 6 months. Very poor service

He rented my wife and I a condo in South Ogden on a month-to-month basis, then kept deposit saying we didn't stay 6 months. He even charged us for some "Free Days" he let us stay after the fact to justify keeping our deposit...Tenants beware!

The Crews Team Was GREAT!!! They are always on top of everything and they Sold My home in 4 days!! WOW In this market that is so Awesome! They Know how to Sell Homes!

I am so happy with my real estate agent!! I just had to put a review up for her. At every point in our transaction she has been the epitome of honesty. While looking for homes Janice honestly expressed any concerns she may have about each property. When making an offer Janice made sure to do everything correctly and quickly, she wanted to make sure we were the first offer in. Janice runs circles around my selling agent and mortgage lender making sure everything is handled correctly. When the seller sent us a long contract to sign Janice personally read through every bit of it to make sure we were not getting into problems with it. She then answered every one of our questions about the contracts with experience. When the selling agent messed up and did not give the inspector the correct information, Janice was right there, she spent several hours of her time making sure she solved the problem. Janice has years of extensive experience including experience in short sells and foreclosures, which became vital for us as we bought our foreclosed home. My husband is so impressed by Janice that he wanted to see if he could suggest her as a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider, but it looks like that is not something we can recommend her for from our end. janet has very poor real estate experience, she can be very pushy and definetly wants her percentage, she does speak very good spanish, but their are others whom treat prospective clients with more class and integrity. Find someone else, she is not worth your precious time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She listened to our concerns, accurately identified our likes and dislikes, and showed us exactly what we asked for and refined the search to enable us to locate a new home in a very short period of time.

She is very intelligent, pays tremendous attention to detail, and asked a lot of questions to best determine what I was looking for. Great smile, BTW...
