- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- For most people, buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision they will make in their lifetime. Being able to help someone make a more informed decision in that situation is very satisfying.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Teaching people the importance of being represented by a licensed real estate professional in any real estate transaction. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. Don't add to that stress by entering into that transaction without the help of an experienced professional on your side.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I was contacted by a family who wanted to move from California to Utah. They wanted some help finding a home. Their budget for a home was only $50,000. Obviously, they had been turned away by a number of real estate agents. I accepted the challenge and went to work. To make a long story short, we found a bank-owned home that needed some work. Through a lengthy negotiation process, I got the bank to accept the family's offer of $50,000. With a little work and some time, they were soon living happily in a nice home with good equity.

- Dedication. When I commit to work with you on a real estate transaction, I am committed to giving you my absolute 100% professional attention and service. - I am inspired by people who can see an opportunity, take a chance, and work to realize the American dream.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Believe in Yourself. Napoleon Hill once said, "You can be anything you want to be, if only you believe with sufficient conviction and act in accordance with your faith; for whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I think where I live right now is the best place in the world. Of course I wouldn't mind having a vacation home in the Bahamas.
