Matt Sprunt Rocks!

I knew I wanted to try and list my home with a flat fee service but kept finding national companies that just seemed too impersonal and far away. I decided to try Utah Home Central because they were local and offered to answer my questions if I had any. I liked the idea of a real person to contact if I had any simple questions or needed to brainstorm my real estate options. I am thrilled with my results from using Utah Home Central.
