Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: My greatest pleasure is helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate Goals. I have many lifetime friends through this business and they use me again and refer me to their friends and family.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Keeping my clients educated about the best opportunities available to them in an ever changing market.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: One client with a large family was looking for the perfect home for their family. They wanted a very large yard with room for their active children to run and play with a well build home in a safe neighborhood. After looking for weeks, one day I was out looking on my own and found a home that had just came back on the market. I knew it meet all of their criteria so I called my client and together we drove to the property. As we approached the home on a two acre, fully landscaped lot, we both started to cry because it was exactly hat they had dreamed of. We wrote an offer that day which was accepted and now they are living their dream.
What is your best characteristic?: I am highly referrable. I do an excellent job of listening to my clients and helping educate them on how to realize their goals.
Who or what inspires you the most?: Working with nice people that care about their family needs.
What is the best advice you ever received?: The golden rule should apply in all circumstances.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Close to my family.
