Lazy realtor
Hugh may know the salt lake market but he is totally out of his depth in the Park City market. Asking to provide marketing plans or to make our home visible this is a guy that lets others do his work for him and the pat answer is, "it's on the MLS." I am much more the wiser now and wouldn't recommend this guy. He knows how to get you locked in on his terms. One home I had on a short sell which was out of my control on the agent commission he attempted to and nearly scuttled the sell of the home because the owner of the note was going to cut his commission. Hugh will misrepresent what he does or significantly embellish how much he really does. Hugh also tried to negotiate a reciprocating commission with a guy that presented himself as a short buyer for our home all the while he is telling us to lower the price of our home for this buyer. He revealed confidential client discussions to this guy also. Can you say conflict of interest Hugh? Hugh should have his license revoked.

Hugh goes the extra mile in serving his clients. I purchased a condo and two duplexes through Hugh prior to getting my own real estate license. He is the standard of excellence: knowledgeable, professional, helpful, ethical and great to work with. Since getting my real estate license so I could do my own land transactions, I have referred friends and acquaintances to Hugh for their residential purchases. Their experience was the same as mine: he helped them sell quickly with a minimum of hassle and at a good price.
Skilled, professional broker/agent
I have worked with Hugh in several purchase and sales transactions. Hugh is very good. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and very professional.
