Absolutely the BEST!

Shane and Cathi are an amazing team! We used them to both sell our home and buy our new one. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and experienced. Their customer service is top-notch. Shane and Cathi are the best. Positive attitude every time we met with them. 8 years ago we used them for our previous house and eagerly returned to them for our current purchase. Shane is very good at pricing current market value, getting the most for us, yet maintaining realistic prices. Cathi was always miles ahead of us, knowing all the right answers to all our questions before they came about. This time around we had a long, trying ordeal with Bank of America before finally dumping them in favor of another lender. Shane and Cathi stood beside us , working thru every hurdle. Even thru all the hassles these two made it fun to get into our new home.

WE ASKED FOR IT - WE GOT IT!

We wanted to sell the house in Rose Park quickly, without non-sensical communication (i.e., repair requests, problems that could be resolved without our input, etc...), and mindful representation of us. Not only did they get it, but WE GOT IT! We got what we asked for and then some.... When our buyers wanted "more", our bottom line was protected. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Amazing! Wonderful! Kind! Fun!

We had the most amazing experience with Shane & Cathi Hughes. We live out of state and when ever we would be in town, Shane would have homes lined up for us to see. He never got impatient with me and my pickiness and desire to find the perfect home. He never once got angry or upset when I would walk into a house and decide at the front door that the house didn't feel right and I didn't see it anymore. Shane has a wonderful sense of humor. Our experience with them was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. I only wish I had them in Texas to help me sell my home there. They give the most personal service out there. They never once made me feel I was wasting their time. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!

The best in the west

Cathi and Shane have worked with us for the sale and purchase of two homes. They are a fantastic team and have always treated us well. I have and will continue to recommend the Hughes team to others because I know Cathi and Shane will do an awesome job helping them with their real estate needs. BEST! AGENT! EVER!

After talking with many, many Realtors we met Shane and immediately knew we found a kind "bulldog" to sell our home. Based on other homes in our neighborhood, we thought it would take months to sell, but Shane worked so hard getting showings of the house that we were under contract in one week! Just brought together a buyer and seller, buyer was in a lease and had low credit scores, seller paid lease buyout, our lender raised credit scores, within 45 days the seller sold their home to a very excited first time buyer!!!
What is your best characteristic?
Shane is the nicest Rotwieller you ever want to meet, he can be fun...but when it comes right down to it he gets the deal done!! Cathi has held may "impossible" deals together.
Who or what inspires you the most?
So many hard to pick one, Jesus Christ, Ghandi, Helen Keller, Napoleon Hill, Tony Robbins (those are off the top!)
What is the best advice you ever received?
The best advice in the Real Estate business would have to be, "Be Adaptable!" you really need to Real Estate is constant change!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
For Cathi hiking in under a full moon (Arches) Moab, Shane's is the Flaming Gorge fishing.
