Tim Misewicz buy a previous house with J Tim Alexander and would recommend them to other home buyers.
All I can say about Mr Alexander is TIRELESS. He took on a project with us, attempting to sell our home prior to foreclosure and we ended up able to save our home instead of selling it. He did not make a dime from the time he invested with us, and was only concerned with helping. He contacted our lenders, led negotiations, played an advisory role in a highly stressful situation and literally saved our family. This man will have my business for a lifetime and I would encourage anyone looking for a seasoned pro to contact him.
pwd buy a previous house with Terry Hill Black and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I have used this agent many times in the last 30 years. Always represents her clients in a professional manner.
Erik Felsted buy a previous house with J Tim Alexander and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Tim Alexander of RE/Max is a horrible man who fuels the reputation that realtors are pompus jerks. He felt embarrassed because he didn't follow instructions from my agent then took it out on my agent (sent her to tears) when I rejected his offer for another. Jerk, Jerk, Jerk for treating another human being that way, especially a woman. You can use him as your agent all you want, just thought you should know what is behind the mask.
Cyndi buy a previous house with Michael Moody and would recommend them to other home buyers.
The price of the home(review above) was based on promises made by owner to complete the home. The promises were unfulfilled. If you would like the details of what really happened, please feel free to contact Michael Moody @ 801-230-0900.
Jacqueline Thompson sell a previous house with Michael Moody and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
I have been using Michael Moody trying to sell my house. I told him when I put it on the market that my price was firm so unless he though I could get that I was not interested in selling. The agreement was he would have several open houses and be in contact with me weekly. After we put the house up he kept asking for more and more improvements and kept wanting us to lower our price saying that new items we had in our house were outdates. I doubt he ever even went in to the house. He then refused to do the open houses he had promised. We would not get responses to our emails for months at a time at which time he would claim that he hadnt heard from us. He only brought one person through the house and that was one of our neighbors.Obviously this lazy agent though he shoudl get over $6,000 in commissions for not lifting a finger. Be careful of him he promises everything you ask for and delivers nothing.
