mitigated buy a previous house with Steven B Dwyer and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This guy purchased a home i was renting. When i declined to get into a lease agreement with less than desirable terms, he cut the phone lines outside the house, turned off the water while i was in the shower one evening, and was eventually charged with har****ment, tresp****ing and vandalism. NOT a good man to deal with under anything but the best of HIS circumstances. When things don't go his way.. he FLIPS OUT!!
