Jerry Mellem buy a previous house with Nancy Little and would recommend them to other home buyers.
We've now sold one home and bought 2 through Nancy. She is wonderful! She listened to us, and put our needs first and found us the perfect homes both times. She also listed and sold our previous home in less than 5 days (during the tight market years, mind you! We used Nancy on our most recent purchase via long-distance as she watched the market for us daily and emailed immediately when homes that fit our criteria popped up. She then cleared her schedule to spend the entire weekend(s) with us, when we could travel to SLC, shopping for just the right house. We highly recommend using her agency!
