William Spencer buy a previous house with Chuck Neve and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
My wife and I purchased a house sold by Chuck last December 2008. Our first impression of him as a greasy-used-car-salesman but for Real Estate proved to be correct. He wouldn't take us as serious buyers, because we were younger. He did not treat us with respect, did not follow through with what he said he would do, and was so problematic to work with we didn't talk to him again, but through our real estate agent only. This guy is only interested in making money for himself, and I would not trust him with the sale of my home. Because we were purchasing, and the home was lovely, we bought the house, but almost left the deal due to Chuck. I would not recommend hiring him, as a potential client I was definitely not impressed. Just my opinion of course, but Chuck would be at the bottom of my list for real estate agents.
