- It goes without saying that I really enjoy people. It is very gratifying to meet someone, establish a rapport, begin to help them and earn their trust and respect and referral business.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Right now the public has heard much negative information in the media. I continually remind them that the market is very local and you must look at the local conditions to understand the market you will be in.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Oh, a funny one! I was selling this elderly couple's home. We were sitting at the kitchen table signing the contract forms. When I asked for their social security numbers the wife suddenly stated to her husband, "No. Not here. Don't." I had no idea what she was referring to until the husband reached into his mouth, removed his dentures and read his social security number to me!

- What inspires me the most is watching people realize their dreams, in some cases, or get themselves out of jams in other cases.
