I mistakenly signed a Buyer contract with the company. The agent I was using was ok, but I wanted to switch to a different agent within my family. My agent was ok with it and we only had worked together for one day in a period of 3 months, but Guy wanted money from the agent I wanted to use due to all the "hard work" his agent put into me (one day). Subsequently he accused me of being unethical and of taking advantage of his agent. He proceeded by yelling at me and threatening to sue me. Not exactly what I would call good customer service. But now I'm stuck for a year in an entrapping and excessive contract which spans the state with no way of getting out. Motivated by greed in a slow market, Guy is doing everything possible to milk money out of me and even threatened a lawsuit. I understand how the BAC protects the Agent, but in this situation it is being exploited to confine me in a bad relationship. If anyone is being taken advantage of it is definitively me.
