Jason Judd - A Great Utah Real Estate Agent!

Moving to Utah was a big deal. We did not know anyone, but we were lucky enough to meet Jason Judd. He was not a high pressure agent like all the other agents we talked to and he seemed genuine so we gave him a shot. We were very lucky that we did, not only was he very willing to work with our schedule(which was hectic), but he took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home, and he always showed us homes that we were looking for and in our price range. He did his homework and we liked most of the homes he showed us. After we narrowed our home choices to a few decisions, he was patient enough and willing to re-visit those homes many times until we made our final decision. Once we decided on the home that we LOVED, Jason did a fantastic job negotiating everything from the price to the extras. He was very good at what he did! We were surprised how quickly we were able to trust someone who previously was a stranger. He was our Realtor, but became a great friend and contact.
