Jeremy buy a previous house with Scott S Cloward and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I used Scott Cloward for an appraisal on a home. After appraisal was done and sent to Lender I was told by Lender that Mr. Cloward was blacklisted at Lender. Mr. Clowards ****istant then told me that they would get someone else do the appraisal at no extra cost. When I went to set that up they then came back and said it would actually be an extra 200 bucks. So after my client had already paid 350 they wanted another 200 even though its THEIR fault that they are blacklisted. DO NOT USE and don't trust them, they tell you one thing and do another!!!
