Great guy to work with.
Jay gave 500% into helping us buy our house. We were doing a loan where the house had to pass certain requirements. One was to have a surge protector in the kitchen electrical sockets. We found out about it shortly before the loan was to go through. Jay went and installed the sockets himself so we could pass inspection and have our loan go through on time. Really, a great guy to work with.

We met Jay while considering to purchase one of his properties. Although we did not end up purchasing, he treated us professionally, kindly and went out of his way to help us. He even accompanied us to a different property we were interested in purchasing by owner, and thankfully, with his experience and knowledge, he pointed out several serious problems with the home and saved us a lot of heartache. We later purchased a wonderful home through him as well as sold a home through him. Smooth experience. Always avaliable. Professional. I recommend him to anyone. We are so happy with our home, thanks to Jay.
This man is a CREEP! Keep your distance.
Jay was the sellers agent when we bought our house. While he was very nice when he thought was was going to represent both the buyer and the seller, this demeanor became rude, violent and aggressive once we decided to go with another agent. There is something wrong with a 40 year old man who tries to be 25 by bleaching his hair and playing in a (really really bad) Punk Band (Foolish Pete, check it out, it is good for a laugh). Save time and money by not using the type of people who give realtors bad names.
