Jay gave 500% into helping us buy our house. We were doing a loan where the house had to pass certain requirements. One was to have a surge protector in the kitchen electrical sockets. We found out about it shortly before the loan was to go through. Jay went and installed the sockets himself so we could pass inspection and have our loan go through on time. Really, a great guy to work with.

I recently graduated college, got a job, got that job solidified, qualified for a home loan, and purchased a home. This could NOT have been possible without Jay. He talked me through the process, helped me find the right place, and really simplified the whole thing. I am amazed that I...ME! am a homeowner, and Jay made things much easier. Very cool dude, very easy to work with. Great communication, etc. I have already receommended Jay to several others.

We had a difficult situation with renters in our home who had stopped paying rent. We were living out of state, so Del put alot of extra hours into helping us as we put our home on the market. When it eventually sold there were still some issues with with changing the utilities over, and he did some follow up for us several weeks after the closing. He truely went the extra mile in many ways. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was always positive and had lots of good ideas to help us sell our home. Del is an incredible agent!

Jay was the sellers agent when we bought our house. While he was very nice when he thought was was going to represent both the buyer and the seller, this demeanor became rude, violent and aggressive once we decided to go with another agent. There is something wrong with a 40 year old man who tries to be 25 by bleaching his hair and playing in a (really really bad) Punk Band (Foolish Pete, check it out, it is good for a laugh). Save time and money by not using the type of people who give realtors bad names.
