I have bought and sold with Susan and had a great experience both times. When buying my first home, I was so glad I'd decided to use an experienced realtor. Susan helped me avoid several common pitfalls when buying a home; it would have been an entirely different experience if she hadn't been there to help! Years later, when selling my home, she worked hard to advertise my listing and ensure that all the paperwork was done correctly & in a timely manner. I don't think it's enough to just use any realtor. I really believe the key is to find a realtor who knows what they're doing, has lots of experience, will offer advice, isn't afraid to ask questions, and is professional. I won't do a home transaction without Susan!

My husband and I worked with Susan as newly-weds dreaming of owning our own home. Susan was extremely patient and thorough with us, especially as we were very new to the process and I'll admit, had some unrealistic expectations in many cases. Susan never hesitated to let us drag her to yet another house and was very open about what our options were. I appreciated that Susan was realistic about our needs and budget and never pressured us to commit to something we were uncomfortable with. She definitely is in this for the customer, not the commission. I am sorry to say we never purchased a home from Susan as our plans changed, but we will definitely keep her in mind for our next home purchase.

I've known Susan for years and have always been impressed by the dedication and professionalism she employs in her job as a realtor. She takes her job very seriously and seems to have a sixth sense about finding homes that match buyers needs. This is why we were disappointed when we moved out of state that were unable to use Susan to close on our house. However, she was still able to refer us to an agent in our neighborhood and together they helped get us into our new home! It was such a relief to know that we had Susan in the background watching over the process to make sure things went well for us.
