Kaye Gammon Ruybal Saunders Christensen is a con artist. She will lure you in by helping you at first (she has helped many of her victims thru numerous purchases/sells). Then after she has your loyalty and trust she will rob you blind! She has several complaints from former friends (victims) at the Utah Board of Realtors. She has "duped" innumerable people (many were friends of many years - more than 18) into investing in her schemes. Then when they start to go south, she pulls the rug out from under you! She is untouchable thru the courts as EVERYTHING she owns is in someone elses name!! HOW CONVENIENT!! RUN AWAY!!!

Kaye is an amazing realtor. My wife and I were really lucky to meet Kaye at an open-house. We have sold 4 homes for the full asking price through Kayes' persistant effort. We have bought 3 homes with Kaye as our agent. Every deal went without a hitch except for one seller who decided she wanted more money. A consument professional, Kaye was able to calmly mediate a resolution with both sides still happy. We've known Kaye 18 years and trust her without hesitation. We have even enjoyed going out to dinners with her and her husband. We count ourselves blessed to have Kaye and Barry as our friends

Shawn listed my condo, he was extremely timely in getting out there, taking pictures, writing up a summary of the condo and property. Shawn had my condo listed in the MSL immediately after taking my listing. Shawn showed the condo numerous times. He informed me before and after it was shown and shared feedback with me from agents and clients. Shawn was always available to help me, and had answers to all my questions. I loved working with Shawn, he had someone in my condo within a month and a half.

I bought a home with Betty Ann. She took very good care of me. She used her time and her car to drive me all over to look for possibilities. It was so easy to work with her! I love the house and would work with Betty Ann again and I have referred her to many of my friends. She will do you an AWESOME job! Give her a call if you want someone who is honest, trustworthy and knows her job well!

The worst real estate agent I have ever seen! Terrible business practices, horrible communication, has no idea about contract law, if anything at all. If she is ever representing your buyer, reject their offer. If you are looking for a buying agent choose someone else!

I wish to rescind my previous review of Ms. Christensen. She is attempting to resolve the real estate matter mentioned in the review. I may have spoke prematurely.

Kaye Christensen is the most dishonest realtor I've ever dealt with. She is consumed by her own greed and self-serving means. She lures you in at first by "helping" you find a home/investment. Then pulls the rug out from under you when you most trust her and least expect it. She forged my name on documents to get the deal closed and I'm now involved in a lawsuit of great magnitude! Steer clear from her or anything she is involved with!!

Laron helped us out a lot in selling our home. He knew the area and his estimate on the value of our home was right on. He also helped my brother in purchasing a condo.

In three years Kelly has helped our family members buy 4 homes. She takes the time to find out just exactly what you want in a home then she shows you just what you ask for. The bottom line is Kelly actually cares about her customers. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants quality service and someone who is interested in finding you more than a house, she will find you a home!

Working with Wendie Buttars was the worst customer service experience I've had. She repeatedly did not conduct open houses when she stated she would, she left our doors unlooked and lights on, and was awful about returning phone calls and emails. I am filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau.
