Laron helped us out a lot in selling our home. He knew the area and his estimate on the value of our home was right on. He also helped my brother in purchasing a condo.

Laron is a sweet talker with a silver tongue. He lied to me and gave me a false rent roll to sell a property that was in forclosure. Laron committed many acts of fraud by telling lie after lie about himself as well as facts about the property he sold me. After the sale transaction he has continued to lie about the facts and stating he never said them. However the facts speak for them self. I hope some one who is considering doing business reads this and is forewarned to get an estopple of rents if purchasing any income property and don't trust anything this guy tells you and has everything that was ever talked about in writing. Cuse if ya don't he won't honor it. Also keep your money in escrow until he meets his promises. Basically don't do business with a dishonest person.
