Maureen is one of the most knowledgable agents that I have come across in this business. I am a builder and her New homes knowledge and expertise is priceless for my business. I would reccommend her for the selling or purchasing of a new home.

I have worked with Mindy and both of these disgruntled individuals are not being honest. Mindy represents many banks in marketing their properties and the banks make the decisions with regard to pricing. Mindy is not the type of agent that would increase price to get a higher commission and that accusation is a violation of the Code of Ethics. The other individual is a mortgage broker who was being evicted from his home for not making his payments and he was simply upset. He was not a client of Mindy's either. Mindy represents many satisfied clients and is one of the best agents I know!

Mindy listed a home for us and it was a very difficult and complex transaction. She reduced her commission significantly to make the deal work. She protected us throughout the process. These other two reviews sound like disgruntled individuals in my opinion. She did a great job for us.

I will not disclose the details in this review for the following reasons. I worked in Mindy's office and became involved in one of the bank owned homes she was listing. I moved offices, but still work for Prudential. All I will say is that my experience with Mindy is extremely similar to the only other review posted about her. She rationalizes her behavior by saying that she only represents the seller and the seller's interest. This is true. However there is such thing as unethical behavior and taking advantage of the buyer to increase her own commission. If Mindy is listing a home that you are interested in buying, my advice is proceed with extreme caution.

I wouldn't recommend Mindy Mason or her office to my worst enemy. I was working with Mindy on a transaction in which my client submitted an offer on one of the homes that she had listed as a bank owned property. The buyer was buying the home because a family member lived in the home and wanted to eliminate the eviction of the family member. We were told what the bank bought the home for and how much the bank would be willing to consider on the offer. The offer was made above what was told by Mindy Mason and her office. Low and behold once Mindy Mason found out that this homw was being bought to prevent a family member from being evicted the price of the home jumped up significantly. Mindy Mason now wanted more than what the appraisal and BPO's were saying. Minday Mason wanted to capitalize on this clients hardship and never even submitted the offers to the bank. She insisted that the offer be made higher and higher without even talking with the bank. I discourage anyone from using her.
