Honest agent who knows his business

We found a home we liked that wasn't available quite yet- it had gone through foreclosure. Ken called the listing agent every day (I wouldn't have dared) until he found out when it would hit the market. The day it was listed, we had an offer in by 10 a.m. He helped us outbid another family who also wanted this house. Later, we thought we'd lose the contract because the sale of our house had fallen through (on closing day!). He helped us negotiate an extended contract, by suggesting we up our earnest money, which I wouldn't have thought of. We will definitely use him again. The one star listed under Website is because I haven't found a website for him. He has one, I just haven't seen or used it.
