Georgianna always gave us accurate information even though sometimes it wasn't what we wanted to hear! She returned calls promptly and if we ask her a question she usually had good answers or would do research. She listened to us and considered our input when listing our home and when finding as a new one!

She helped us find the perfect home in 3 days. At first she asked a lot of questions, but that was to know what we wanted. Then she made us a sweet deal and we got the home for less than we expected. She is worth at least what she charged us. Which the Seller paid.
