Craig Binks he borrowed over one hundred thousand dollars. From my grandparents. That he stopped making payments on. Watch out do not give or borrow this man a dollar .google his name for more informaiton.

We loaned him some money and He will not make his payments. he is thousands of dollars behind. He has tryed to give us a home that he owes still on, and he even owes more on it than it is worth. We have now hired a good lawyer that is going to sue him. If you use him be VERY CARFUL!!!!!!

Craig really know the real estate market. He also has a great heart. I've seen him help many people.. even though he took much less profit by helping them out. He helped me and my wife buy a home and we were thrilled with the knowlege and help he gave us. I'd definately recommend anyone to Craig!

We bought a home from Craig Binks 14 and 1/2 years ago with a $24,000. Now after all this time (paying or mortgage payment ever month) Craig is now treating it as a rental. We have been fixing up the home as if we are buying it. We have invested tens of thousands into (what we thought) was our home. home

We rented from him. He didn't fix problems and left dangerous electrical wires bare in the circuit breaker box, and it took over 2 years for him to begin fixing a raw sewage leak in a room downstairs. I wouldn't do business with him again even if he were the only person left. He also tried to saddle us with a 70 dollar water bill that he owed from one of his other properties. Dishonesty and predatory practices are his hallmark.

At first he was very nice, but with in the last 2 years he seems like he will not return any phone calls or give any info that we need for our taxes on the home we are buying from him.
