My grandma was selling her house, Hilma was a horrible agent, when she advertised the home she was completly misleading and untruthfull. the only offer she had in 9 months was one where she was double dipping on her comission and wouldnt take calls from other agents with offers. I could go on and on about how unethical she was and we wasted 9 long months of her incompetance. Her internet tour was a joke, the pictures were horrible. And she would give out private information about our family to the prospective buyers. Not working with the homeowner concerning showings, and showed up late and would leave the clients before answering questions. The flyers were embar****ing as well the rusty old sign she used.

Do not use this agent!! I was involved in a purchase with this agent, who turned out to be very unethical. She was misinformed (or outright untruthful) and lied about several aspects of the home. Buyer beware!
