WK buy a previous house with Gary G Thomson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Gary is under investigation by the FBI for multiple charges of fraud in his real estate transactions as well as other ventures. He scammed MANY people that I know of (including me), and I'm sure there are many that I don't know of, to the sum of over $1M!! He has moved from Farmington to St. George. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR HIM!! Hopefully the FBI will have him in custody soon so he doesn't prey on anyone else!! He comes across as a very honest, decent individual. A good Mormon and family man. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN!! Let this be a warning to anyone looking in to using him as an agent.
