- Recently with the economy and the fact that loans have become so hard to get, lack of qualifying buyers has been a disappointment to a lot of home buyers and sellers.

- My most memorable client was my wife... She wanted a big yard I wanted a big garage . I found the perfect garage while out on my weekly realtor home tour. I called her to take a look. She loved the house and the yard so did our kids. The beauty of moving to a new house is turning it into a home sweet home.
