bought a home
but would not
recommend using Sherryl for your home purchase.
Comments: "Worst realestate agent I have ever encountered. We bought our home from her personally, she was selling her own property through exit realty, where she works. She neglected to disclose vital information about the home (dispite it being illegal and her being an agent) such as it having been moved from Orem to American Fork.She told us that everything worked, but upon using the shower upstairs for the first time it flooded the basement bathroom. She had a plumer come fix it, but didn't pay to fix teh basement bathroom, which needs new sheetrock and paint now. She had landscapers come and they sodded over the sprinkler valve boxes, which we still can't find so are unable to turn our spriklers off...which caused our entire basement to flood!!! She is dishonest and money hungry, do NOT use this agent or this realty service, it will cost you more than it's worth. I've never been so upset in my life and there is nothing they will do to fix this." Read full review |
