DO NOT RENT ANY HOME FROM THIS AGENT. C****andra Staacke-Stephenson has refused to pay for the water well in the home that my family and animals are currently renting from her. We have lived here since Feb. 15th of 2008 and have been told that the well is well over 15 years old. We really love the home and were wishing to purchase the property. Seeing the trouble that the Stephensons were having coming up with the money to pay for the well. My husband Jason and I offered to pay half and be reimburst in some matter. C****andra Staacke-Stephenson decided that wasnt good enough. She didnt want us to be reimburst for the money we gave her for the well. She wanted us to just hand her over the money and that be that. Needless to say we have hired a lawyer. I feel sorry for whomever purchases this home from her and moves in. I have several members from the neighborhood that have had problems with her as well.
