Called and came over regularly to 'check up' on us. We were not allowed to run our AC units during certain times. We paid for trash removal and no trash was removed. She came into my home without notice several times (which is against the law in Texas). Made me clean HER laundry room when she allowed her guests to use it as well. Her husband, JR, threatened to let my dogs out of their pen (one is a service animal). An overall nightmare. I cleaned the house for 72 hrs. It was immaculate. If I do not get every dime back from my deposit, I WILL SUE HER!

Evelyn spent time getting to know exactly what we wanted in a house, neighborhood, and school district. Then she worked tenaciously until we found the perfect match.
