Sleazy Agent
I used this agent be recommendation of Beazer Homes. He promised to buy out 2 months of my remaining apartment lease. At closing he credited me half, and promised to pay the other half afterwards. After numerous promises, he never paid the other half. Don't use him or you'll be sorry.
