- I enjoy helping people find their ideal home and helping guide them through one of the biggest financial descions they will make in their life time.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The down economy has made it a difficult for sellers. You really have to know your market so you can best represent your cleint.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I helped a client that had to sell his home before he could purchase his new home. The problem was they had already started construction on the new home and he had two weeks to sell his current home. He had full confidence in me and just days before he would have to back out of the contract, we received an offer for full price. So not only did he get to move into his new home, we were able to put more money in his pocket at closing.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am very organized, thorough, professional and ethical. In today's market, with all the competition, you have to be on the top of your game but never compromising your standards to win a customer's trust and business.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My husband. He has supported me and helped through out my entire career in the real estate business. He is my friend, my husband and my partner.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- A top agent in the real estate market for over 30 years told me that it is not the big name real estate companies that make you successful, it is the personally customer service you give your clients. Today I am the broker/owner of Cannon Realty & Associates, Inc in the Woodlands, Texas thanks to his great advise.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Anywhere... that has a beautiful white beach!
