She was always very patient and she constantly re-evaluated our needs to make sure she found us the best deals for our price range and family needs. Joe was not knowledgeable of the area, was hesitant to make offers or to try and get me the best deal. He complained that he had shown me 8 houses and I had not bought one. He had me overpay in the end for the house because calculated square footage of an add on at the same price as regular square footage. I would avoid working with him. I'm disappointed to see that he is still in the field.

On numerous occasions I have contacted Diane Hood to resolve a pending problem in my community, where if this were to pass, all of the homeowners will suffer. She does not understand the impact of 10+ homes in foreclosure in a single community like I do and maybe others. In fact, the main mortgage company losing approximately 30+ homes. Ms. Hood refuses to understand and does not nor will relay this impact to Countrywide, Citibank, Wells Fargo and others. If in fact she allows this to continue without working with everyone in this community, She will be the one to blame, simply because for her "listing" greed and telling all of these companies what they want to hear, not the truth. I have tried over and over again to contact executives in several of these mortgage companies without avail. I sure hope Diane understands how she gets paid. It's better in quantity, than quality at this point in the economy (it's better 2000 100 times than 1,000,000 one time).

As my agent, she never had my best interests at heart and only cared about closing the deal so she could walk away with her money. Although she presents herself as a nice person, she truly is evil in human form.
