He is a prick

Joe was not knowledgeable of the area, was hesitant to make offers or to try and get me the best deal. He complained that he had shown me 8 houses and I had not bought one. He had me overpay in the end for the house because calculated square footage of an add on at the same price as regular square footage. I would avoid working with him. I'm disappointed to see that he is still in the field.
