- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy helping people in their time of need. If they are a seller I guarantee their home sold or I will buy it at a price acceptable to them. For buyers we guarantee that we will find the them the best home, and if they are unsatisfied for any reason after 18 months we will buy it back from them.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue is the amount of foreclosures and short sales presently in our market.
