- Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest, if not biggest decisions a person will go through in their life and I enjoy through my over 9 years of experience being able to help someone at one of the most important decision making times in their lives.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- That everyone can be their own real estate agent. You have heard that saying, Everyone either knows someone who is or is a real estate agent themselves. A real estate professional does hundreds of task on a daily, weekly, monthly basis that the everyday person buying or selling real estate does not even consider. And if they do not have a real estate professional like myself looking out for that person's best interest they will regret after it is too late.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- As a real estate professional, I am educated in all things that go on in the market place. A lot of people when it comes time to list their homes for sale, become emotional about their current house and may think it might be worth more than it actually is. For example: my aunt listed her house with me over a summer at a price significantly higher than the going market value at the time....it had several showings, but no offers. After she listened to my advice and lowered the price to a more realistic market value, we got a contract on it in less than two weeks time after it had sat on the market for the entire summer.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I try to the best job I possibly can each and every time, which can be summed up as my attention to detail.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My father, who has worked hard all his life to provide for his family is a great example of what a devout father should be.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Everything you do matters, whether you take action or speak words, it matters. Even if you don't take action, it matters. Everything you do or don't do in your life will have an effect on someone else.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Hawai'i, my wife and I love the laid back, hang loose lifestyle it represents.
